Guidelines

Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total class price is required to register for classes. To register visit the Registration page.

Cancellations: Class Registration Deposits will be refunded in full if a registered student cancels at least 30 days before the class date. If a student cancels less than 30 days before the class date they will only be refunded 50% of their deposit.

Arrival Time: Arrive 15 minutes early to sign liability forms and get settled. Classes start at scheduled time, no exceptions.

What to Bring: Please bring your own lighter to the class. All other materials and equipment will be provided by Woodstock Art & Glass.

Minimum Class Size: Minimum student signup- 4 students (if less than 4 students register for the class, it will either be cancelled or postponed until we can get the minimum registered.)
Private Lessons: Private lessons cost $50/hour

Cell Phones: Please put cell phones on silent, and if you do need to take a call please quietly leave the room to make it.

Food & Drink: No food in the classrooms, drinks need to have a lid of some kind on them.

Credit Card on File: If you are taking a class with one of our Mirage torches we require a credit card on file in case you get glass in the torch and it needs to be sent out to be fixed. Most cases we can fix the problem if you get glass in your torch. If you do happen to get glass in your torch, turn your torch off immediately. If you turn it off right away, the glass will stay on the surface of the torch barrel and we can fix it much easier. If you leave your torch running while glass is in your torch, it will drip down into the torch barrels and it will be much harder to fix here.
